Shipping & Returns
The UK has reached a trade agreement with the EU that has taken effect from 01.01.21. This agreement establishes zero tariffs or duties on trade between the UK and the EU. This means that all orders placed and shipped within Europe, will continue as normal and avoid any further charges.
All European orders will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), our courier DHL may contact you for more information regarding your shipment, however you will not be charged.
We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we endeavour to despatch orders within one to two working days. However, please note that during special releases, major holidays and sale periods this may take longer.
PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavour to update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info.

Free returns are only available for mainland United Kingdom. Sale items excluded.
You are welcome to exchange or refund your purchases, in order to do so send us an email at email@example.com. Returns must strictly be requested within 14 days of receiving your goods. We kindly ask that customers assess the suitability of their ordered item(s) immediately upon receipt where possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags still in tact. Please take extra care to not mark the garments. We reserve the right to refuse returned items that are stained with make-up, for example.
Orders that are returned to us that do not comply with our terms and conditions may not be authorised and may be sent back to the customer.
Please note that discounted/sale items are non-returnable. Pre-ordered items may only be returned for an exchange or credit note in the form of an e-Gift Card.
Please note that all ordered items are dispatched with our Return Tags. Each tag is marked with a unique identification number. Upon dispatch of an order we note each unique number against orders. This is our way of identifying which products have been sent and returned to us. We kindly as that customers take note of their items unique identification numbers should they wish to return them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase be included with the return (i.e. a copy of the original invoice received with the order).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit gift card will automatically be attached to your account and sent through email.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once a pre-order is made it cannot be cancelled or modified prior to dispatch of the goods. Pre-ordered garments are put into production as soon as they are ordered.
Upon receiving your pre-ordered item(s) you have the option to return it for an exchanged item or for a credit note/gift card. We do not accept returns for refund on pre-ordered items.

We kindly ask that customer use a return postage service that is fully traceable and insured. We will not be held accountable for lost parcels. It is helpful if customers keep a record of the tracking number for the returned parcel.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 20.00 GBP, you should consider using a fully traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
